Acting as the key communication link between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures that all required information is gathered efficiently, accurately, and on time.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the collection of project data from clients, including: \nBuilding appraisals \nProperty drawings \nOther required documentation \nOrganize and track all incoming project information to ensure completeness \nSchedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams \nCommunicate with clients primarily via email and occasionally via phone \nFollow up with clients to obtain missing or incomplete data \nMaintain accurate records and updates within project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) \nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution \nQualifications & Skills\nStrong customer service and communication skills (primary requirement) \nExcellent written and verbal English communication \nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes \nProficiency in basic office tools (Excel, email, etc.) \nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Ring Central) is a plus \nTraining & Development\nNo specialized technical background required (e.g., engineering or finance not necessary) \nRole-specific processes and technical knowledge will be provided through structured training \nNew hires will be paired with internal team members for onboarding and gradual ramp-up \nWHY INTELASSIST?\n We grow together.
