The Senior Team Lead manages multiple projects concurrently, drives technical excellence, and mentors team members to deliver successful outcomes.\nRole Focus & Accountability:\nPrimary Focus: Project delivery and coordination of large/complex projects\nProject Involvement: Large-scale and complex projects\nKey Accountability: IFC delivery, QA compliance, and stakeholder coordination\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLead and manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely IFC submission and quality standards\nReview design documentation and handover packages for accuracy and completeness\nModel precast geometry, assemblies, and groupings at LOD 300\nDetail reinforcement and fitments at LOD 350; maintain MP, ME, PP, DP, TP, and CP documentation; conduct QA for IFA\nReview and coordinate revisions for IFC issuance at LOD 400\nCoordinate effectively with consultants, builders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment\nPrepare and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) proactively\nMaintain all documentation (Revit model and plans) current and approved\nManage document control within internal systems and FTP platforms\nMonitor program schedules, deliverables, and quality compliance across multiple projects\nManage multiple large or complex projects concurrently\nProduce mould drawings as required\nRequired Skills & Competency:\n Technical & BIM Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit core and precast modeling (LOD 400), expert in reinforcement detailing, ownership of Revit families and standards, mastery of BIM 360/ACC and BEP workflows, and expert clash coordination.\nPrecast & Documentation Skills: Expert knowledge of precast construction, shop ticket production, full documentation sets (MP, ME, PP, DP, TP, CP), expert knowledge in mould creation, and strict drawing standards compliance.\nQA Compliance: Expert self-QA, cross-checking multiple projects, IFC/IFA readiness, and rigorous document control practices.\nProject, Communication, and Leadership Skills: Exceptional time management, internal and external communication, client/consultant coordination/liaison, RFI management, project scheduling expertise, and demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams and management of large/complex projects.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or related field\nExtensive experience (at least 5+ years) in precast drafting, BIM modeling, and project management\nExpert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and advanced BIM tools, including BIM 360 and BEP workflows\nDeep knowledge of precast construction documentation, reinforcement detailing, and mould drawings\nProven ability to lead large-scale and complex projects, ensuring IFC readiness and QA compliance\nExcellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and internal teams\nDemonstrated leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities\nWHY INTELASSIST?\nWe grow together.
