In this role, you will provide hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for database systems and data loader processes, empowering end-users and enabling efficient data integration. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of critical systems and processes that drive success for the business. \nBusiness Group \nAs part of Intel Foundry Automation under the Data Analytics and Process Control team, you will join a dynamic group focused on ensuring the reliability and performance of Intel's automated systems. This team plays a key role in supporting Intel's broader goals by enabling efficient manufacturing processes, driving innovation, and maintaining robust data operations across global factory networks. \nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Level 2 technical support for database systems and data loader processes, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in critical production environments.\nEnsure smooth data operations and seamless integration by maintaining database systems and monitoring data flow processes.\nCollaborate with end-users and cross-functional teams to address database performance challenges and operational bottlenecks.\nUtilize Agile frameworks and ITIL/incident management processes for effective problem resolution.\nSupport 24x7 operational environments, including availability for 12-hour day shifts based on compressed work week schedules.\nImplement procedures and solutions to ensure adherence to system protocols and improve operational efficiency.\nLeverage automated monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve technical issues.\nEquivalent Grade Level: 005\nPosition Duration: 36 months / 3 years\nShift Schedule: Shift 5 - 12-hour Days: Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nQualifications:\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
