As part of this team, you will help create supply chain strategies that drive affordability, sustainability, and operational excellence, ultimately supporting Intel's broader mission to advance technology innovation globally. \nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute multiyear commodity strategies informed by market dynamics and business objectives. \nDrive supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management to align with Intel's goals. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently acquire materials and services in a cost-effective manner. \nNegotiate purchasing contracts, statements of work, and pricing for goods and services to ensure affordability targets. \nConduct periodic executive reviews of sourcing strategies and pivot as needed to address evolving market conditions. \nPartner with finance and legal teams to resolve supplier disputes and ensure compliance with procurement policies. \nLead sustainability initiatives and ensure supplier adherence to regulatory and business standards. \nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. \nManage supplier relationships globally, including business continuity planning and supplier development. \nDevelop and optimize new supply chains for emerging technology products, including financial analysis of supplier investment strategies.\nStrong leadership skills to drive results and manage ambiguity. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. \n3+ years of experience in the following:\nContracting, negotiating, and supplier relationship management.
