This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical leaders, translate complex strategies into clear and compelling narratives, and develop communications that help employees understand business priorities, organizational changes and what those developments mean for their work.\nEmployee and senior leader communications are the primary focus; selective external executive communications will support business and\ntechnology priorities. The role requires exceptional writing, sound executive judgment, and the ability to deliver in a complex, fast-moving environment.\nResponsibilities\n\nStrategic Communications and Business Narrative.\nDevelop and execute communications strategies that advance business priorities, technology strategy and organizational goals.\nTranslate complex business, technology, and organizational topics into clear, cohesive narratives for employees and other priority audiences.\nProvide strategic counsel and hands-on execution support as business needs and priorities evolve.\nAlign cross-functional stakeholders on priority messages, communications approaches and audience needs.\nIdentify the leaders, technical experts, channels and moments that can most effectively advance business objectives and technology strategy.\nExecutive Communications and Content\nServe as a trusted communications advisor to senior business and technical leaders.\nWrite and edit high-stakes executive content for internal and selective external engagements, including presentations, talking points, employee messages, videos, Q and A materials and thought leadership.\nPrepare leaders for key moments while preserving an authentic voice and alignment with company messaging.\nBuild a scalable leader communications support model, including processes, templates and tools that improve reach, consistency and execution quality.\n\nOrganizational Alignment and Partnership\n\nDevelop employee communications strategies and content that clarify business priorities, leadership decisions, organizational changes and implications for employees.\nLead communications for business transformation, organizational change and leadership transitions.\nPartner across Human Resources, Corporate and Product Communications, Analyst Relations, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other functions to align narratives, timing, and priorities.\nDesign scalable communications programs, processes and tools that improve employee understanding, leader consistency, and execution quality.\n\nMeasurement and Optimization\n\nDefine and track measures of employee understanding, engagement, and communications effectiveness.\nUse audience feedback and performance data to improve communications strategy, clarity, consistency, and reach.\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned communications professional with experience in technology, semiconductor, or similarly complex business environments, who brings a strong track record in organizational change, business transformation, and leadership transition communications.\nThey possess sharp business acumen, connecting communications strategy to measurable outcomes, and can back it up with a compelling portfolio that showcases executive and employee communications as well as complex business and technology storytelling.\nBeyond their technical expertise, they are naturally curious, exercise sound judgment, and thrive working independently while effortlessly building trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications, you must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position.\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n6+ years of professional experience in:\ncommunications, including exposure to leadership-level strategies in a complex or technology-focused organization.\ncreating executive-level content, including presentations, speeches, and messaging for diverse audiences and channels.\nprioritizing multiple initiatives and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\ntranslating intricate technical concepts into concise, compelling messaging.\n\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.\nAdvanced degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a technical discipline.\nExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a demonstrated experience simplifying complex ideas.\nExperience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and business operations.\nPrior experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform communication strategies.\nJoin us in creating impactful, audience-centric communications that inspire and connect.
