On a day-to-day basis, you will specify inspection and testing mechanisms, conduct quality assessments and audits, evaluate materials and techniques used in production, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to uphold quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's manufacturing efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nQualify manufacturing ramps to high-volume production while ensuring compliance with quality and reliability standards\n\nSpecify inspection mechanisms and testing protocols to maintain product and process integrity\n\nConduct quality assessments, audits, and risk evaluations to proactively address discrepancies\n\nDevelop systems for early detection and containment of manufacturing excursions\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement programs and foster a quality-focused culture\n\nDrive supplier audit processes and recommend improvements for supplier performance and product reliability\n\nExtract insights from structured and unstructured data using statistical techniques and machine learning to optimize production output\n\nManage manufacturing-related issues reported by customers, providing engineering solutions to enhance customer experience\n\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Should Demonstrate the Following Professional Traits\nA proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality challenges before they escalate\n\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams\n\nClear and confident communication when representing quality functions in engineering forums and leadership discussions\n\nQualifications:\nYou must possess the minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience.
