The Role and ImpactAs a Software Applications Engineering Undergraduate Intern, you will contribute to the implementation, optimization, and integration of software capabilities that interface with factory engineers and technicians. Through hands-on projects, you will assist in requirements, molding, troubleshooting, tuning, and enabling new business features, gaining practical experience in a collaborative environment. Your work will play a critical role in delivering robust and scalable solutions that enhance Intel's technology ecosystem.
You will developed an automated solution to a manual processes using generative AI framework, and build analytic dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, optimizing, and integrating software applications that interface with Intel products and processes.
- Support debugging, performance tuning, and enabling new features within operating systems and user-level applications.
- Collaborate with design and customer teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Gain hands-on experience through projects that contribute to Intel's technology advancements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, informational systems or a related field.
- with at least 2 years for graduation.
- demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Foundational knowledge of software development practices, debugging, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code (VS Code) AI extensions, and similar AI development frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments. Working in teams , Sharing , brainstorming and work in partnership with others.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams effectively.
