In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business.\nThe FCS portfolio delivers billions of dollars in construction projects around the world, and the successful delivery of these contributes to Intel's success.\nThis is an onsite position at the campus in Penang or Kulim, Malaysia reporting to the Senior Construction manager.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPlan and deliver construction projects using multiple project delivery and compensation strategies. From project initiation through closeout, including the development and management of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting and compensation strategies, EHS, quality program, project controls and change management.\nEnsure that the project is at all times in compliance with Construction Management Practices and to standard operating procedures. Projects include disciplines such as mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, water, process specific support systems (PSSS), IT and I/C.\nInteract and partner with customer management; Resource plan the project; Provide direction to the construction project teams; Have a sound knowledge of the project and construction contracts; Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to develop and manage an integrated plan that will achieve project objectives and commitments.\nBuild and drive safety Culture of Caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.\nIn addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:\nTeam player.\nLeadership skills to manage a diverse team.\nExpertise to identify, analyze, and solve problems.\nVerbal and written communications skills.\nOrganized and detail oriented.\nChampion a quality program that drives the lowest cost and highest quality.\nChampion and value the safety culture of caring throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:\nMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
