In any given workday, you will be given the responsibility to innovate and create an impact on our business.\nAs a key member of the Project Execution Team, the Tool Equipment Install Technician is an individual contributor reporting to the Tool Install Manager.\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nBlueprint Reading: Understanding architectural and engineering drawings is fundamental. Candidate must interpret these plans to ensure structures and systems are built according to specifications.\nMathematical Proficiency: Accurate measurements and calculations are critical to avoid costly mistakes and reduce rework.\nTool Handling: Familiarity with a wide range of tools and machinery is necessary. Workers should know how to operate equipment safely and efficiently.\nMaterial Knowledge: Recognizing different materials and their properties helps in selecting the right resources for specific tasks, ensuring durability and compliance with standards.\nProblem Solving: Construction sites and factories often present unexpected challenges. The ability to quickly devise solutions keeps projects on track.\nProject Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.\nSupplier Management: Managing suppliers and contractors and ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.\nLean Principles: Applying lean principles to ensure efficient and safe construction through commissioning operations.\nSafety: Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to tool equipment construction and commissioning execution.\nIn addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:\nCommunication: Effective communication is crucial for minimizing confusion and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
