These tools are a key componentof delivering world class yields for our customers.\nAs part of your role, you will work in the Defect Metrology area within a cross-functional team, owning multiple metrology toolsets.In this role, key responsibilities include:\nAnalyze equipment and process performance using data-driven and statistical methods, identifytrends and outliers, and drive corrective actions to reduce variation.\n\nTroubleshooting complex issues, developingscalable solutions, and implementingstrategies to prevent recurrence.\n\nContinuously improve tool performance and optimizerecipes through sustaining and innovation activities.\n\nLead equipment improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams which will enhance the operational performance of DefMetsystems. Identifyinnovative solutions to equipment challenges and influence required stakeholders to drive/implement change.Support recipe development, optimization, and transfers to ensure high-sensitivity defect detection capabilities.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimumRequirements\nLevel 8 degree (NFQ) or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD), such as Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, Mathematics, or related fields\n\n4+ years of experience in an equipment engineering environment or similar industry\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting\n\nProven ability to work autonomously with a high levelof ownership and comfort with ambiguity\n\nStrong data analysis capabilities, including data extraction, validation, statistical analysis, and visualization (e.g., JMP or similar tools)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information\n\nStrong teamwork skills and experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams\n\nPreferred Requirements\nBackground or hands-on experience in optics\n\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industries\n\nExperience with yield analysis, defect reduction methodologies, and process improvement\n\nFamiliarity with equipment automation systems\n\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tools or activities simultaneously\n\nRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience in semiconductor manufacturing or other similar industry.
