innovative debugging, tracing, and performance analysis solutions.\nGuide software development activities across the full lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through implementation, coaching, career development, and performance management within your team.\nEnsure predictable execution and high-quality software delivery across complex product release cycles.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.\n6+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading engineers through formal management or technical leadership responsibilities.\nHands-on experience developing debugging tools, compilers, toolchains, runtimes, or performance analysis software.\nExperience contributing to or leading engagement with open-source software communities.\nStrong understanding of HPC and AI software ecosystems, including: SYCL OpenMP GPU runtimes and drivers MPI Cluster computing environments AI frameworks\nSolid knowledge of Linux internals and software packaging ecosystems (DEB/RPM).\nExperience supporting enterprise or strategic customers and managing complex cross-functional dependencies.\nUnderstanding of the platform development lifecycle, including pre-silicon enablement and early hardware validation.\nProven ownership of software quality, including defect management, CI/CD, test automation, and release readiness.\nDemonstrated success in hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.\nStrong English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with GDB or LLDB architecture and internals.\nKnowledge of ELF and DWARF debugging standards.\nExperience with stack unwinding and remote debugging technologies.\nUnderstanding of GPU debugging concepts, including SIMD/SIMT execution models and accelerator debugging
