The role is responsible for equipment install execution from pre-design through design finish and set to SL2 signoff, ensuring safe delivery, accurate scope definition, efficient construction, and prompt vendor qualification. This position requires five days per week onsite presence and close coordination with manufacturing, design, construction, OEMs, trade contractors, and supplier partners.\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nSafety and Compliance: \nChampion Intel's Culture of Caring and ensure safe behaviors across design and construction activities.\n\nEnforce cleanroom, IP protection, and site protocols to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and agency audits.\n\nInstall, Conversion and de-installation Execution:\nOwn key tool install, conversion and de-installation milestones including set, rigging, placement, scope planning, hook up, energization, decontamination and de-installation\n\nSupport troubleshooting for Supplier Qual and Intel Qual to quickly resolve issues.\n\nDrive micro schedule and pull plan development to support tool install milestones.\n\nManage decoupled construction paths SET/SL2 to accelerate readiness.\n\nCoordinate testing and facility readiness (LSS, eFIT, TAB, networking, ESOPN).\n\nDesign and Scope Alignment: \nLoad complete tool install scope in DAC prior to design engagement.\n\nParticipate in cross functional design reviews with TICE, Layout, OEMs, and module teams.\n\nValidate OEM data and ensure alignment with Intel standards (SEED/EDS/UDS).\n\nSupport LSP creation, routing validation, POC assignments, and space management.\n\nReduce changes by minimizing DCNs, DCRs, and late-stage modifications.\n\nExecution Planning and Stakeholder Coordination: \nLead multi supplier coordination meetings and execution planning sessions.\n\nTranslate technical/business requirements into actionable plans and schedules.\n\nForecast equipment and resource needs.\n\nEnsure readiness and prompt delivery of tools, prefac kits, global, and parts.\n\nCoordinate equipment decon and deinstall activities.\n\nSupplier and Vendor Management: \nManage OEMs and third-party vendors to achieve best-in-class qual durations.\n\nDrive early vendor enablement and facility readiness using ESOPN. (Equipment sign- off per need).\n\nEnsure clean handoff from construction completion to vendor qual finish.\n\nOperations and Continuous Improvement: \nOversee contractor and supplier activities in accordance with SLAs.\n\nApply Lean principles to eliminate waste, reduce install durations, and improve quality.\n\nDocument and share lessons learned across modules and sites.\n\nInfluence tool install methods through innovation and best-known methods (BKMs).\n\nIn addition to the qualifications a successful candidate will demonstrate:\nProject management skills (planning, scheduling, risk mitigation).\n\nAdaptability in fast-paced, changing environments.\n\nOrganizational discipline and time management.\n\nQualifications:\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nMinimum Qualifications: \nThe candidate must have at least one of the following:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field OR\n\nAssociate's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 2+ years of experience in related to semiconductor manufacturing, Project Management, as Equipment/Engineering Tool Owner, or equivalent installation/qualification/demo/maintenance technician experience.
