You will collaborate with factory stakeholders, equipment suppliers, construction partners, and engineering teams to ensure tool installation activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with business objectives.\nThis is an onsite position located in Hillsboro, Oregon.\nWhat You'll Do\nCore Responsibilities\nCoordinate and execute semiconductor tool installation activities supporting factory construction and manufacturing ramp milestones.\nCollaborate with factory owners, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure equipment, materials, and resources are available to support project schedules.\nLead planning and coordination activities across multiple stakeholders to support successful tool installation execution.\nMonitor equipment readiness, procurement status, funding approvals, and project milestones.\nDevelop and maintain installation plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.\nAct as the primary Intel equipment owner from planning through installation and turnover.\nResolve project constraints, escalate risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule commitments.\nEnsure all work is performed in accordance with Intel safety, quality, and operational standards.\nLithography-Specific Responsibilities\nSupport installation, relocation, startup, and qualification activities for lithography equipment and supporting systems.\nCoordinate with lithography module owners, equipment vendors, and factory stakeholders to execute installation activities.\nDrive factory readiness efforts supporting lithography tool deployment and ramp milestones.\nTroubleshoot installation challenges and coordinate solutions across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams.\nSupport successful integration of lithography equipment into manufacturing operations.\nThe Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate\nStrong project planning, coordination, and execution skills with a focus on delivering results.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.\nAbility to make sound decisions, solve problems, and drive timely resolution of issues.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a highly matrixed environment.\nOwnership, accountability, and attention to detail.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nContinuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.\nAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nIntel invests in our people and offers a complete and competitive package of benefits employees and their families through every stage of life.\nSee Intel Benefits for more details. \nQualifications:\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.\nNote:\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nThis is a fixed-term contract position with an anticipated assignment duration of 24 months. Employment under this contract is temporary in nature and will end upon completion of the assignment period unless extended based on business requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related technical field with 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation, construction management, project management, capital projects, or factory ramp operations.
