This role partners closely with Technology Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to translate customer and business requirements into actionable supply plans that enable technology development, factory readiness, and manufacturing execution. \nThe successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics, business insight, and cross-functional collaboration to influence supply decisions, optimize factory performance, and drive execution against business objectives. This individual must be a strong communicator, critical thinker, and problem solver who can translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive alignment and action across stakeholders. \nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans that support technology development, manufacturing execution, customer commitments, and production readiness objectives.\nAnalyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and factory performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.\nInfluence supply, capacity, and inventory decisions through data-driven analysis, scenario modeling, and actionable recommendations.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology Development, and Supply Chain teams to enable successful execution of technology development programs and future-node ramps.\nIdentify supply risks, capacity constraints, and operational gaps, and drive mitigation plans to improve business outcomes.\nSupport capacity planning, bottleneck management, and supply optimization activities to maximize factory performance and readiness.\nDevelop reporting, dashboards, and business insights that improve visibility, planning accuracy, and decision quality.\nTranslate complex data into concise, executive-ready recommendations and communications.\nLead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and drive resolution of planning and execution challenges.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, operational performance, and supply optimization.\nCore Competencies\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence decisions and drive results in a cross-functional environment.\nQualifications:\nThe Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
