This role is part of the DCG_HVM Server Planning team, contributing to Intel's efforts in delivering cutting-edge products and solutions to meet customer demands.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Develop, integrate, and execute supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, and inventory strategies to meet business needs. \n- Conduct scenario and what-if planning for processes, engineering, and inventory strategies. \n- Analyze and optimize supply versus demand balancing, applying quantitative and qualitative inputs for decision-making. \n- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material management and delivery timelines. \n- Monitor and resolve inventory issues to support short-term and long-term business objectives. \n- Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain functions to drive alignment on business strategies. \n- Evaluate capacity needs and capabilities within the supply chain to ensure smooth operations. \n- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness. \n-Use of AI in making supply planning work both more accurate and efficient\n-Incorporate BI reporting to convert raw data into accurate, meaningful visuals that facilitate automated monitoring and strategic decision-making.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another STEM relevant field. \n- 4+ years of relevant supply chain experience. \n- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \nPreferred Qualifications\n- Master's degree in a related field. \n- Experience using analytical and data visualization tools such as Power BI. \n- Proven expertise in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. \n- Familiarity with product planning methodologies and experience working in global, cross-functional teams. \nJoin us to be part of a collaborative and innovative team where your skills will drive meaningful impact.
