The team works collaboratively to ensure robust solutions are implemented across factory operations, helping Intel maintain its competitive edge in the semiconductor industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead daily engineering operations, prioritizing safety, quality, yield improvement, and manufacturing efficiency. \n- Oversee process engineering activities, including tool installation, qualification, and operational sustaining. \n- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output and reduce manufacturing costs. \n- Mentor and develop the technical skills and leadership capabilities of module engineers. \n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process stability, equipment reliability, and productivity. \n- Facilitate technology transfer to other sites through training and audits to ensure matched processing across locations. \n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex project execution, resolve challenges, and support factory ramps. \n- Cultivate an inclusive and positive team environment, reinforcing Intel's values and fostering organizational health. \n- Provide clear communication to team members and stakeholders regarding priorities, progress, and critical path activities.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications \n- Bachelor's Degree in a technical engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) with 4+ years of engineering experience.\n- Proven experience in Fab engineering activities, including operational sustaining, tool qualification, and ramp production.\n- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving using statistical methodologies and data-driven decision making.\n- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications \n- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) start-up environment.\n- CWW leadership experience supporting factory operations.\n- Strong coaching and employee development skills to foster great talent and team growth. \n- Proven ability to lead teams with a forward-thinking, motivated, and inclusive approach. \n- Analytical skills and commitment to driving continuous improvement across all performance indicators. \n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across organizational boundaries. \nYour leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in advancing Intel's manufacturing capabilities.
