The person that thrives in this role has executive presence, is a strategic thinker, juggles competing priorities with ease, and possesses strong writing skills.\nResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nDevelop and execute communications strategies that advance business priorities, technology strategy, and organizational goals.\nTranslate complex business, technology and organizational topics into a clear, cohesive narrative for internal and external audiences.\nInfluence communication approaches across teams and align stakeholders on key narratives and priority messaging.\nServe as the single point of accountability for executive communications, proactively identifying opportunities, risks and communications needs and orchestrating support across internal and external communications partners.\nCollaborate across HR, Corporate and Product Communications, Analyst Relations, Marketing, Investor Relations, and other functions to align narratives and priorities to deliver cohesive, clear executive communications recommendations.\nServe as a trusted communications advisor to senior business and technical leaders.\nDevelop thought leadership and executive communications across internal and external engagements, including presentations, op-eds, talking points, employee memos, videos, and Q&A materials.\nPrepare executives for high-impact internal and external moments through strategic briefs, messaging, speeches, presentations, Q&A, scenario planning, and stakeholder preparation, while maintaining an authentic executive voice.\nShape employee engagement strategies for senior leaders, including all-hands meetings, quarterly group syncs, open forums, site visits, leadership meetings and other employee listening and engagement moments.\nLead communications for business units, organizational change, business transformation, and leadership transitions.\nUse sentiment, engagement, and effectiveness measures to assess communications impact and adjust accordingly.\nA successful candidate should possess the following behavioral traits:\nTechnically fluent, effectively communicating complex business and technology topics for broad audiences\nA clear, concise writer with strong executive judgment and audience awareness.\nBusiness-minded, outcome-oriented and comfortable connecting communications to business priorities.\nHighly collaborative and influential across functions, leaders, and stakeholder groups.\nAdaptable and effective in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.\nCurious, proactive, and effective operating independently while building trust with senior leaders.\nSkilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications, you must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in:\nWriting, editing, and storytelling.\nSupporting senior leaders in a large, complex, or technology-focused organization.\nStakeholder and project management.\nDeveloping written communications across multiple formats and audiences.\nDeveloping and executing executive communications strategies, including speechwriting, presentations, talking points, op-eds, and messaging frameworks for C-suite or senior leadership.\nCollaborating and influencing across multiple functions such as Marketing, HR, PR, Investor Relations, or Analyst Relations to align narratives and deliver cohesive communications strategies.\nUsing sentiment analysis, engagement metrics, or communications effectiveness measures to assess impact and adjust communication strategies accordingly.\n\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nJob Type:\nCollege GradShift:\nShift 1 (United States of America)Primary Location:\nUS, California, Santa ClaraAdditional Locations:\nUS, Arizona, Phoenix, US, California, Folsom, US, Oregon, HillsboroPosting Statement:\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Position of Trust\nN/ABenefits\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
