Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:\nCollaborate with the TGCM team to identify potential hazards in various job tasks.\nDocument and analyze job processes to ensure comprehensive hazard identification.\nSupport the creation and updating of JHA documentation.\nParticipate in FMEA sessions to identify potential failure modes in processes or products.\nAssist in the documentation and analysis of failure modes, effects, and criticality.\nHelp in developing action plans to mitigate identified risks from JHA and FMEA\nMaintaining training, operation documents or checklist on needs basis\nHelping to collect, consolidate and arrange data from numerous sources for Dashboard creation.\nAny other ad-hoc operational task assigned by supervisor.\nAssignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters.
