Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovative environment. \nBusiness Group \nIntel Corporation's Facilities Operations team is responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure that powers Intel's manufacturing and lab facilities. The group focuses on advancing operational efficiency, reliability, and safety standards while supporting Intel's broader goal of delivering cutting-edge technology to the world. This team works collaboratively across engineering disciplines to ensure facilities systems integrate seamlessly with Intel's world-class technology development. \nKey Responsibilities :\nDesign, develop, and maintain industrial instrumentation and automation systems for facilities supporting manufacturing, labs, and data centers. \nDevelop and test new control systems while maintaining and modifying existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. \nConduct troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis, providing engineering solutions to address and resolve system issues. \nPrepare engineering assessments and offer technical direction on construction designs and instrumentation implementation. \nManage projects within defined cost and time constraints, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards. \nCollaborate with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and internal teams while liaising with external stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. \nAssist in equipment selection and procurement, writing program codes, and developing innovative business proposals. \nAnalyze system data, create written reports, and offer consultancy support to teams and stakeholders.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications :\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent specialized field, with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and controls, gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training. \nProficiency in industrial automation platforms, including GE Cimplicity, Rockwell Automation Logix PLC products, GE SCADA systems, and Allen-Bradley PLC systems. \nKnowledge of standard industrial Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP) systems for troubleshooting and control system integration. \nFamiliarity with industry-standard instrumentation devices, including pressure, temperature, humidity, and flow measurement tools. \nAbility to develop instrumentation installation drawings, data sheets, P and ID drawings, and interface systems for PLC/SCADA control systems. \nPreferred Qualifications :\nExperience collaborating on cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. \nA proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in instrumentation and controls. \nBe part of Intel's journey to shape the future of technology.
