The team oversees high-impact construction projects supporting Intel's manufacturing roadmap and operational goals, while fostering collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and finance functions to achieve exceptional results. \nKey Responsibilities\nManage high-budget construction projects, including new factory builds, tool installations, and progressive renovations, ensuring alignment with production needs. \nFormulate long-range planning roadmaps in collaboration with manufacturing strategic planning teams, incorporating decision timing models and what-if analyses. \nCoordinate and integrate construction schedules with key stakeholders, including factory teams, finance, and supply chain, to ensure wafer production timelines are met. \nDevelop and report on construction metrics to monitor program health, including timelines and project quality. \nTroubleshoot onsite issues and perform root-cause failure analysis to maintain project momentum and quality standards. \nFoster strong integration with Intel's construction partners and internal teams, including Technology Development, Factory Management, Estimating, Construction Finance, and Strategic Planning organizations. \nOversee contracting strategies, scope definitions, schedules, and project budgets while managing change controls and approvals. \nReview CSA, electrical, mechanical, and process designs to ensure project scope alignment and quality outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. \nStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver results.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 9+ years of experience in construction project management. \nExperience in the following:\nManaging large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding 2 billion. \nScheduling tools and data analysis platforms for construction management. \nCost estimation, design review processes, and change control protocols. Construction standards related to mechanical, electrical, and process systems. \nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in construction project management.
