You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, IT, and business partners to ensure lab environments, equipment, and services meet business needs while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKey responsibilities will include but not limited to:\nRamp a new Data Center Group (DCG) PSE/SSL Lab Operations team for Chandler DCG Labs to be a high-performing team of technical and operational professionals.\nOversee the standardizing of DCG lab operations at the site to standardized processes and tools, including infrastructure, equipment, asset management, logistics, networking, and support services.\nDrive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization.\nPartner with engineering teams to support development, integration, testing, and validation activities.\nManage lab assets and resources to ensure availability, efficiency, and compliance.\nEstablish operational priorities, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate across organizations to address challenges, remove barriers, and deliver business results.\nSupport strategic planning, capacity management, budgeting, and future lab growth.\nEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards.\nInfluence operational roadmaps and investments that support long-term organizational objectives.\nBehavioral traits that we are looking for:\nStrategic Mindset: Ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning while building scalable processes and capabilities that support future business needs.\nFoundational Leadership and Standardization: Builds and unifies newly established site teams from the ground up, driving consistent adoption of standard processes, operational discipline, and new tools where prior frameworks did not exist.\nOwnership and Accountability: Takes initiative, drives results, removes obstacles, and follows through on commitments while holding self and others accountable for outcomes.\nCollaborative Leadership: Builds strong partnerships across engineering, infrastructure, IT, and business teams while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment.\nCustomer Focus: Understands stakeholder priorities and proactively delivers solutions that enable engineering success and business results.\nOperational Excellence: Passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision making.\nProblem Solving and Sound Judgment: Analyzes complex challenges, identifies root causes, and implements practical and scalable solutions.\nCommunication and Influence: Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and effectively aligns stakeholders to achieve shared goals.\nLearning Agility and Adaptability: Embraces change, learns quickly, and remains effective while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.\nProactive Bias for Action: Anticipates risks and opportunities, takes initiative, and continuously seeks ways to improve team and organizational performance.\nIntel invests in our people and offers a complete and competitive package of benefits employees and their families through every stage of life.\nSee Intel Benefits for more details. \nQualifications:\nYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
