This team is dedicated to driving operational excellence through process optimization, supplier collaboration, and innovative solutions, helping Intel deliver world-class products and meet customer expectations. \nKey Responsibilities\nManage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and finished goods. \nOwn dock operations to support site start-up, ramp, and steady-state logistics execution. \nMonitor and drive performance against logistics KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational standards. \nAnalyze logistics processes and data to identify inefficiencies, defects, and opportunities for continuous improvement. \nTrack, escalate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions to maintain delivery continuity. \nLead critical logistics escalations, minimizing disruptions to operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics providers to optimize supply chain execution. \nLeverage analytical tools and digital solutions to enhance cost efficiency, speed, quality, and reliability. \nDeliver regular updates to senior leaders on logistics performance, risk assessments, and operational readiness. \nPrepare and support logistics readiness for ongoing capacity growth, customer ramps, and strategic initiatives.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field. \nMinimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations or third-party logistics (3PL) management with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree. \nExpertise in warehouse operations, compliance protocols, and supplier governance, with a proven ability to manage execution end-to-end. \nStrong analytical skills, with experience translating data into actionable decisions and sustained operational improvements. \nTechnical proficiency in monitoring logistics KPIs and driving operational excellence. \nExperience managing EHS risks within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operations, particularly involving chemical handling, scheduled waste or high-value scrap, hazardous materials,.\nWorking knowledge of warehouse chemical-management requirements, including Safety Data Sheets, chemical compatibility, labeling, segregation, secondary containment, spill response, and emergency preparedness.\nDemonstrated experience in operational risk assessment, control design, incident investigation, corrective action, and compliance management.\nExperience developing and governing business processes, SOPs, control plans, and performance-management mechanisms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced operational environments. \nDemonstrated initiative, ownership, and the ability to lead independently through ambiguity. \nExperience supporting customer ramps, operational transformations, or large-scale logistics readiness initiatives. \nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes effectively. \nProven experience leading logistics quality programs, risk assessments, operational controls, and corrective/preventive action initiatives to ensure compliance, business continuity, and operational excellence.\nStrong knowledge of logistics security, safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and implement sustainable mitigation plans.\nProfessional training or certification in EHS, chemical safety, scheduled-waste management, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, business process management, or risk management would be an advantage.\nExperience supporting EHS and chemical-management controls in a semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or other high-technology environment.\nKnowledge of Malaysian requirements relevant to warehouse operations, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Environmental Quality Regulations, and scheduled-waste management requirements.\nFamiliarity with structured risk and control methods such as HIRARC, FMEA, Management of Change, control self-assessments, and CAPA.\nExperience managing third-party warehouse, scrap, recycling, waste-disposal, or chemical-handling service providers.\nWe encourage you to bring your logistics expertise and passion for operational excellence to Intel.
