By overseeing manufacturing processes and equipment systems, this team plays a critical role in maintaining Intel's high standards of quality and efficiency while contributing to the company's broader innovation and technology goals.\nThis is an onsite manufacturing role supporting a 24/7 factory environment. The position requires working on a rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts, with weekly shift rotations to support continuous manufacturing operations and business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a team of technicians in a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.\nOversee equipment maintenance and repair, acting as the first responder to issues and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve factory-impacting challenges.\nDevelop and execute tactical plans to meet production schedules within established quality and cost objectives.\nManage shift schedules, including workstation assignments, rotations, training plans, employee vacations, and overtime assignments to ensure optimal staffing.\nEstablish training strategies for team members and monitor their progress to ensure skill readiness that aligns with production ramp requirements.\nRegularly review and maintain staffing certification levels tied to production goals.\nDevelop long-term strategies to enhance manufacturing operations and support future capabilities.\nFoster a productive and inclusive work environment by inspiring teams, applying performance management techniques, and modeling Intel values.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering and/or equivalent experience per business needs.\n0-1 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or operations domain, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.\nProficiency in English communication.\nTechnical understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting processes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a relevant engineering field with no prior professional experience.\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively.\nExcellent decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.\nAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.\nWe are looking for driven individuals ready to take on challenges, build their capabilities, and make a meaningful impact.
