Module Equipment Technician - Die Sort-PCM 2. Module Equipment Technician - Die Prep Both roles require a strong technical aptitude, a commitment to quality standards, and the ability to work in a dynamic shift environment. Role 1: Module Equipment Technician (Die Sort-PCM) This role is highly focused on precision probe card repair and maintenance activities to support Die Sort production operations. Precision Repair: Perform probe replacement, repair, and inspection of probe cards. Microscope Work: Use microscopes and precision tools to repair and align micron-sized probes (requires steady hands and good eyesight). Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot probe card and test interface-related issues. Maintenance: Carry out equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance. Engineering Support: Support engineering experiments, qualifications, and data collection activities. Records: Maintain accurate repair records and follow established work procedu
