By joining this group, you will be contributing to Intel's vision of becoming a trusted foundry partner and advancing the industry landscape for packaging solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Develop and maintain quality and reliability standards for packaging components and processes.\n- Specify inspection mechanisms and conduct audits to ensure compliance with specifications.\n- Perform statistical analysis and stress testing to identify reliability fail modes and improve processes.\n- Define metrology strategies and oversee the collection of comprehensive quality data.\n- Collaborate with packaging technology development teams to deliver process maturity and new acceleration techniques.\n- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing quality systems, specifications, and training programs.\n- Support incident management, customer inquiries, and excursion responses to ensure customer satisfaction.\n- Benchmark Intel Foundry packaging offerings against industry standards.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 6+ years of applicable experience, OR Master's in Engineering or related field with 4+ years of applicable experience, OR PhD in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of applicable experience.\n- Proficiency in statistical process control and reliability modeling techniques.\n- Expertise in quality audits, testing mechanisms, and packaging reliability standards.\n- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and analytical tools for process improvement.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Familiarity with assembly and wafer-level assembly process technology.\n- Knowledge of industry standards for package quality and reliability.\n- Experience in excursion management and customer response processes.\n- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.\nYour contributions will shape Intel Foundry's success and help us deliver innovative solutions with excellence.
