This team's efforts are foundational to Intel's ability to meet customer demands, drive innovation, and maintain its competitive edge.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and sustain manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions for process deviations.\nProvide technical support for new product introduction (NPI) builds and optimize manufacturing workflows throughout the product lifecycle.\nMonitor the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure their efficiency and troubleshoot issues as needed.\nLeverage data-driven methodologies to analyze factory operations, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement improvements to enhance overall factory performance.\nCollaborate with factory operations teams, engineering groups, and automation stakeholders to develop and scale manufacturing strategies for key product roadmaps.\nDefine manufacturing requirements and develop detailed plans to ensure the successful execution of product design, process, and build specifications.\nSupport the development and implementation of manufacturing decision support tools and methodologies to enable efficient production.\nCreate and maintain manufacturing documentation to aid in product design, configuration, and operational processes.\nPartner with supply chain engineers to assess manufacturing technologies and build a robust supply chain that supports production goals.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors degree in a relevant field, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Masters degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.\nFoundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and methodologies. \nProficiency in data analysis and familiarity with manufacturing metrics tracking. \nBasic understanding of automation systems and manufacturing equipment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. \nStrong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization. \nEffective communication skills to convey technical concepts and operational strategies. \nEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to innovative technologies and methods. \nExperience in manufacturing process control, inventory management, quality systems, and risk assessment, with strong knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure operational excellence and process integrity.\nHands-on experience in manufacturing systems integration, factory automation, MES/database interfaces, and system security management, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and enhance manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and production continuity.
