The group focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, enabling high-volume production, and driving efficiencies that support Intel's leadership in cutting-edge technology development. \nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze manufacturing, equipment, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications and integration solutions.\nDesign and implement data analytics, dashboards, simulations, and decision-support tools for factory operations.\nCollaborate with manufacturing engineers, process engineers, automation teams, and IT partners to deliver digital manufacturing solutions.\nUtilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to drive manufacturing optimization.\nDevelop automated monitoring systems and alerts to improve operational responsiveness.\nSupport MES deployments, enhancements, troubleshooting, and system sustainment activities.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for process automation and manufacturing digitalization.\nDrive root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using manufacturing data and analytical methodologies.\nEnsure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with manufacturing standards and operational requirements.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with 2 years of experience; OR Master's degree in a relevant field.\nBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes and semiconductor manufacturing operations.\nExperience with data analytics, statistical analysis, or data visualization gained through academic projects, internships, coursework, or practical training.\nProgramming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, R, or similar.\nFamiliarity with databases, data modeling, and reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\nStrong analytical thinking and ability to convert data into actionable insights.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), factory automation systems, or manufacturing applications.\nKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations.\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL databases, Python, machine learning, or predictive analytics.\nExperience developing dashboards, web applications, or manufacturing support tools.\nUnderstanding of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.\nExperience working with large manufacturing datasets and operational metrics.\nPassion for developing innovative manufacturing technology solutions that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.\nExcited to shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing?
