This role drives strategic capacity planning across multiple technologies, sites, and planning horizons, enabling informed decisions that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.\nThe successful candidate will partner closely with Factory General Managers, Manufacturing Leadership, Technology Development, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to develop executable capacity strategies, evaluate business tradeoffs, and influence critical investment and operational decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead long-range capacity planning, scenario development, and supply-demand analysis across Intel's manufacturing network.\nDevelop capacity strategies and recommendations that balance customer demand, factory capability, capital investments, and financial objectives.\nDrive tradeoff analyses involving capacity, capital, technology transitions, factory space, and network optimization.\nPartner directly with Fab Managers and manufacturing leadership to ensure plans are executable and aligned with factory realities.\nIdentify capacity risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to support business objectives.\nPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and executive reviews.\nTranslate complex analyses into concise and compelling business insights that drive enterprise-level decisions.\nLead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Manufacturing, Technology Development, Finance, Supply Planning, and Foundry organizations.\nLeverage AI, advanced analytics, and automation to improve planning efficiency, scenario evaluation, risk identification, and decision quality.\nDrive adoption of AI-enabled planning and decision-support capabilities across the organization.\nBehavioral traits:\nStrong communication, executive storytelling, and presentation skills.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills.\nThis role is an On-site required position. \nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in the following:\n-Capacity planning, strategic planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or semiconductor operations.\n-Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences. \n-Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.\n-Experience working directly with manufacturing organizations and factory leadership teams.\n-Experience utilizing AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve business processes and decision-making.\n-Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a related discipline.\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, or wafer fabrication.\nKnowledge of S&OP, Long-Range Planning (LRP), capacity strategy, and capital planning processes.\nExperience partnering with Fab Managers, Factory General Managers, and senior manufacturing leaders.\nExperience applying AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or optimization techniques in planning or manufacturing environments.\nDemonstrated success influencing strategic business, manufacturing, or capital investment decisions.\nJob Type:\nExperienced HireShift:\nShift 1 (United States of America)Primary Location:\nUS, Arizona, PhoenixAdditional Locations:\nPosting Statement:\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Position of Trust\nN/ABenefits\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
