By joining this team, you will contribute to Intel's mission of shaping the future of technology while advancing your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. \nKey Responsibilities \nLead the end-to-end process for large, complex transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, business development deals, and divestitures. \nIdentify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including sourcing and proposing potential acquisitions and investments. \nCollaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop Corporate Development proposals and drive alignment on strategic initiatives. \nCommission and oversee due diligence for transactions and partnerships, ensuring integrity and accuracy throughout the process. \nManage integration workstreams across business units to maximize the value and profitability of strategic initiatives. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and clients to ensure exceptional performance and outcomes. \nFoster an inclusive and high-performing team environment by role modeling Intel values, setting clear goals, and driving team accountability and results.\nAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodology, and transaction analysis. \nDemonstrated expertise in executing large-scale transactions, including leading negotiations and managing integration processes. \nStrong project management abilities with a track record of delivering results on complex, multi-faceted initiatives. \nProficiency with relevant tools and software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications \nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with 12+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years OR PhD with 6+ years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or related areas. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. \nProven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. \nExperience managing stakeholder relationships and driving alignment across diverse teams. \nA track record of innovation and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable results. \nTake the next step in your career by joining Intel's dynamic team.
