verification in both pre-silicon and post-silicon environments. \nYou will be responsible for driving complex technical initiatives, defining software architectures, and solving challenging to proactively identify challenges and opportunities, drive solutions across organizational boundaries, influence technical direction, and lead projects from concept through deployment. \nYou will collaborate with architects, hardware, firmware, validation, and software teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong system-level vision, excellent debugging skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive results in a fast-paced engineering environment.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.\nAt least 5 to 12 years of proven experience in software development, with strong expertise in C++ programming and object-oriented design.\nProven experience in embedded software/firmware development, including low-level programming, hardware-software interactions, and system bring-up activities.\nExtensive experience debugging and resolving complex system-level issues across software, firmware, and hardware components.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and scalable solution development.\nDemonstrated ability to drive technical solutions from concept to implementation, with a strong system-level perspective.\nExperience developing and maintaining complex software systems in Linux-based environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using modern software development practices, automated testing, version control systems, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven experience with Simics, virtual platform development, or simulation-based validation environments.\nExperience with pre-silicon validation, emulation, or hardware modeling solutions.\nSolid understanding of high-speed and low-speed interfaces and protocols, including PCI Express (PCIe), USB, I2C, SPI, CXL, and related technologies.\nExperience developing validation infrastructure, tools, or solutions for pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.\nFamiliarity with DML (Device Modeling Language) or device model development.\nExperience leading technical design discussions and mentoring engineers.\nJob
