This role contributes to the group's efforts to push the boundaries of platform-level design and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Develop and optimize signal integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, and packages, ensuring robust performance across complex interconnects.\n- Perform detailed simulations of electrical structures, guiding physical implementation and design trade-offs to enhance product quality.\n- Design and characterize test structures, leveraging high-speed equipment to correlate simulations with real-world measurements.\n- Define signal integrity rules, document characterization reports, and provide guidelines for end customers as part of platform design documentation.\n- Collaborate with IP design teams and system-on-chip (SoC) integration teams to maximize platform-level solution space and meet targeted requirements.\n- Develop electrical specifications and contribute to the establishment of new industry standards for next-generation interfaces.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field and 3+ years of hands-on experience in signal integrity design and analysis OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience OR PhD in a related field with no prior professional experience.\n- Proficiency in electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS) and expertise in analyzing signal integrity parameters such as jitter, crosstalk, and attenuation.\n- Experience with high-speed measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, and time-domain reflectometers.\n- Familiarity with PCB/Package design tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and layout optimization strategies.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to debug challenges in high-speed signal environments.\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across diverse technical domains.\n- Passion for advancing industry standards and driving innovation in signal integrity design.\nTake the first step in joining a team that's redefining what's possible in high-speed technologies.
