As part of this dynamic group, you will contribute to cutting-edge advancements in the IDM 2.0 era and collaborate across teams to achieve operational excellence. \nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and coach module engineers and manufacturing operations engineers to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.\nOversee technology transfer for new products, ensuring robust training and audit processes for matched processing across sites.\nPlan and direct process engineering, yield improvement, and manufacturing efficiency enhancements. \nDevelop and implement modifications to operating equipment to optimize production efficiency and meet safety, quality, and cost goals.\nManage resources and processes for successful install and qualification of tools during factory ramps. \nDrive results through effective goal setting, performance management, and cultivating a productive work environment.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product readiness and feasibility for high-volume manufacturing.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 9 years of process engineering and management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience. \nProven expertise in manufacturing operations, yield improvement, and process optimization. \nProficiency in leading technology transfer across sites and managing high-volume manufacturing ramps. \nTechnical expertise in equipment modification for enhanced production efficiency and robust process development. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated success in people leadership, team coaching, and performance management. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at both operational and managerial levels. \nExceptional communication skills, with a focus on collaboration across diverse teams and functions. \nExperience working effectively in a virtual factory environment and aligning cross-functional goals. \nWe invite you to bring your leadership, technical expertise, and passion for manufacturing excellence to Intel Foundry.
