In this high-visibility position, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that define and operationalize Intel's next-generation supply chains, ensuring seamless execution from concept to launch and beyond.\nThis is a unique opportunity to influence how Intel scales its foundry business while working alongside leaders across manufacturing, planning, logistics, engineering, IT, finance, and customer-facing organizations.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Supply Chain Integrator, you will serve as the connective tissue across multiple organizations, ensuring all aspects of supply chain readiness are aligned for successful business execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead cross-functional teams across Intel to design, build, and enable end-to-end supply chains for new products, customers, and strategic business initiatives.\nPartner with subject matter experts to develop integrated supply chain solutions spanning planning, manufacturing, order management, logistics, trade compliance, finance, and customer fulfillment.\nDrive operational readiness by defining launch criteria, readiness milestones, governance frameworks, and deployment plans.\nEstablish and maintain end-to-end traceability from customer and product requirements through solution design, testing, deployment, and operational acceptance.\nFacilitate future-state supply chain design efforts, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, controls, and organizational effectiveness.\nChampion the adoption of standard Intel capabilities while helping shape new solutions where business needs extend beyond existing processes.\nIntegrate business requirements, enterprise architecture, project governance, and technical delivery activities into a cohesive execution strategy.\nCoordinate testing, deployment, training, change management, and operational handoffs to ensure successful business launches.\nMonitor critical readiness metrics, risks, dependencies, and decision points while providing clear recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.\nLead post-launch stabilization efforts, driving issue resolution and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing operations and support teams.\nWhat Makes You Successful\nThe ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and excels at bringing people, processes, and systems together.\nYou Are Someone Who\nBuilds strong partnerships and influences stakeholders across all organizational levels.\nThinks holistically and understands the interconnected nature of supply chain operations.\nNavigates ambiguity with confidence and applies structured problem-solving to complex challenges.\nDrives alignment across global teams, even without direct authority.\nCommunicates clearly, manages competing priorities effectively, and delivers measurable business outcomes.\nMaintains a strong customer focus while balancing operational excellence and business objectives.\nQualifications:\nFor consideration, the candidate must meet the minimum qualifications.
