Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nTroubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment to identify and resolve operational problems.\nDismantling, adjusting, repairing, installing, and assembling equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, repair manuals, and technical drawings.\nPerforming equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities, while coordinating with suppliers for specialized service and repair support when required.\nMonitoring and analyzing equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement, maintain optimal tool performance, and address tool or module-related issues.\nCreating reports on system failures, updating existing specifications, and developing new documentation to support equipment reliability and performance.\nPartnering with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement equipment configuration changes, support data collection efforts, and complete tasks according to established procedures.\nSupporting equipment troubleshooting through data analysis and controlled experimentation aimed at meeting or exceeding module availability and performance targets while preventing future production excursions.\nCollaborating with Module Engineering and construction teams during factory ramp activities to ensure equipment is installed, configured, and converted according to design requirements.\nShift Information:\nThis position supports a compressed night shift schedule, working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.\nShift 6: (nights backend) PM-AM Wed-Sat and alternating Saturday night\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nThis position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.\nThe candidate must possess at least one of the following education or experience qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or related discipline.\nOR Associate degree/ certification and 1+ years of related equipment maintenance experience.\nOR High school diploma and military training in a technical field such as electronics, mechanical systems, or a similar technical discipline, plus at least 2.5+ years of experience.\nOR High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, or troubleshooting within a semiconductor manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environment..\nJob Type:\nExperienced HireShift:\nShift 6 (United States of America)Primary Location:\nUS, Oregon, HillsboroAdditional Locations:\nPosting Statement:\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Position of Trust\nN/ABenefits\nWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
