This pivotal role involves identifying root cause yield limiters and driving solutions that enhance manufacturability and yield across technology nodes. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment to ensure the successful introduction of new products, process improvements, and robust methodologies to meet manufacturing goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to Intel's ability to deliver world-class semiconductor solutions and advance the future of computing. \nYour responsibilities as a Yield Product Development Engineer will include but not be limited to:\nDevelop methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse big data sources for defect mode understanding and yield modeling. \nPerform statistical analysis, create visualizations, and construct process development roadmaps that drive technology yield milestones. \nExtract insights from structured and unstructured data using advanced statistics, machine learning, and coding techniques. \nOrganize, interpret, and structure insights from fab process, defect, and electrical data while identifying anomalies to drive process changes for yield enhancement. \nDevelop multivariate algorithms and tools to identify root cause yield limiters and recommend process changes for yield improvement. \nCollaborate with design teams to resolve yield issues, ensuring manufacturability across process and product specifications before ramping production. \nExecute new product introductions, enable design-technology co-optimization, and participate in design of experiments with factory task forces. \nDevelop measurement recipes for rapid feedback on product integrity and address issues impacting yield or product quality. \nCreate and harden systems capable of meeting operational needs for leading-edge logic nodes, working with equipment vendors and internal collaborators. \nDevelop AI/ML applications and computational tools to bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, improve design efficiency, and reduce debug time. \nDocument technical procedures, train colleagues, and debug equipment, software, and procedural failures in production environments when required.\nQualifications:\nThe Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research.
