This is a flexible contract role, not a full time permanent vacancy.\nTasks\nArrange interviews and review meetings with client teams.\nMaintain the evidence request list, action log and delivery calendar.\nTrack owners and due dates, and flag delays early.\nKeep meeting notes clear and follow up agreed actions.\nOrganise document versions and consolidate review comments.\nSupport weekly progress updates and the final handover.\nRequirements\nExperience coordinating technology projects or consulting assignments.\nConfident use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.\nAble to manage several requests without losing track of detail.\nClear written English and a professional approach with senior client contacts.\nExperience handling confidential business information.\nAvailable for agreed UK working hours and occasional client meetings.\nBenefits\n£250 to £350 per day, depending on relevant experience. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Contracting route and tax status will be confirmed before an assignment is agreed.\nFlexible working days planned around each assignment.\nDirect access to the engagement lead and clear responsibilities.\nPrimarily remote working, with necessary travel agreed in advance.\nPotential for further assignments by mutual agreement.
