Our vision is clear:to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.\nA Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic\nKey Responsibilities:\nTech Vertical Leadership:Represent their Tech Vertical across the organization.\nDefine and execute the tech development strategy in alignment with business objectives.\nDrive innovation and continuous improvement in tech development practices.\n\nTeam Management:Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers, SDIT, Product Owners, and technical leads.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.\nProactively plan and execute recruitment strategies to enable the successful execution of their roadmap.\n\n Project Oversight:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects.\nProvide visibility to the business on progress and deadlines.\nEnsure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.\nCapture, monitor and report the effort spent within their Tech Vertical (CapEx, SR&ED, etc.).\n\nProcess Optimization:Implement and refine agile methodologies and tech development lifecycle processes.\nMonitor KPIs and metrics to assess team performance and project health.\n\n Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate with the SRE team to document, coordinate and communicate releases to the business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with the various stakeholders to report on their Tech Vertical to the Tech Platform Leadership Team (TPLT).\n\nTechnology Governance:Make decisions on software architecture, technology stack, and tools.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.\nContribute to the success and excellence of the other Tech Verticals by promoting standardization, by sharing lessons learned and by supporting them with expertise and/or bandwidth when necessary.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.\nProven track record of managing large-scale software projects and teams.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and modern development practices.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and agile methodologies.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in budgeting and resource planning.\nFamiliarity with data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.\nKnowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
