The role focuses on industrializing PoCs, maintaining deployed embedded solutions, supporting operational requests, and ensuring that systems already in the field remain reliable, documented and ready for support.\nResponsibilities\nLead the transition of validated Proofs of Concept (PoCs) into production-ready solutions establishing architectures, standards, tools and deployment practices.\n\nProvide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in embedded systems and warehouse automation technologies across Intelcom's network.\n\nMaintain and evolve scalable IoT systems running C# applications on top of the Linux Kernel via containers (Balena OS), ensuring reliability, performance, scalability and operational efficiency.\n\nAct as a technical reference and escalation point for production systems, providing troubleshooting expertise, root cause analysis and guidance to internal teams.\n\nSupport the rollout, monitoring, stabilization and continuous improvement of newly deployed systems.\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent).\n\nExperience developing defensively coded C# .NET applications.\n\nExperience delivering production-grade software and hardware-integrated solutions.\n\nExperience transforming prototypes, pilot projects or PoCs into operationally supported products.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills, with the ability to support production systems and make pragmatic engineering decisions.\n\nExperience with single-board computers, preferably Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4).\n\nWorking experience with Agile delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.\n\nExperience working with sensors, scanners, cameras, PLCs, robotics or other industrial technologies is considered an asset.\n\nBilingual proficiency in French and English is a must.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
