Our vision is clear:to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.\nA Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic\nResponsibilities\nManage day-to-day human resources activities, including employee onboarding, personnel file administration, disciplinary actions, and workforce changes.\nMaintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).\nParticipate in the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and practices.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation and regulations, including Québec’s Law 25 respecting the protection of personal information.\nSupport managers in the application of HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.\nProvide first-level guidance and support to managers to promote effective people management practices.\nContribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and engaging work environment.\nAssist with the management of workplace injury, disability, and workers’ compensation claims.\nSupport the handling of grievances, internal investigations, and other labour and employee relations matters.\nConduct research, analyze HR data and key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and provide recommendations.\nAssist in the preparation of activity reports and HR metrics and statistics.\nProvide support to various HR functions and departmental projects.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and good working proficiency in English.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nAdaptability and initiative in a dynamic and evolving work environment.\nStrong teamwork skills, sound judgment, autonomy, and accountability.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
