Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.\nYour Role: At the Heart of the Chain\nCore Duties:\nSafety and Compliance\nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety protocols andmaintaina hazard-free work environment\n\nEnforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.\n\nConduct safety audits and warehouse checks.\n\nSupervise warehouse traffic, vanauditsand ensure safe vehicle movements.\n\nEnsure warehouse cleanliness and organization.\n\nRespond to emergencies asrequired.\n\nCleaning, general housekeeping\n\nOperations and Logistics\nOversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.\n\nand package dispatching process.\n\nConduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.\n\nCreate/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.\n\nGenerate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.\n\nConduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading\n\nUnload trailers and verify freight against manifests.\n\nAssistwith sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).\n\nReporting and Administration\nMaintainaccuratedelivery, incident, and inventory logs, andsubmitcomprehensive daily reports.\n\nComplete daily reports andsubmitto the clients, Stationteamand Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).\n\nAudit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports andreportback on compliance to IDC liaison\n\nComplete daily timesheets andsubmitto the Station Manager.\n\nPerform data entry as needed.\n\nTeam leadership and Customer service\nAssign daily tasks to staff,monitorproductivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs\n\nPrepare andmonitorperformance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).\n\nProvide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.\n\nAddress delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.\n\nEnsure high service standards and customer satisfaction.\n\nEvaluate and assess employeeperformance, workplaceconduct and compliance asrequired, including discipline whereappropriate.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWork Environment: Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.\nWhy Join Intelcom | Dragonfly?\nShort- and medium-term growth opportunities\n\nComprehensive group insurance\n\nGroup RRSP program\n\nEmployee Assistance Program…\n\nThis position has been opened to address a genuine organizational need within the company.\nAt Intelcom | Dragonfly, we move forward together.
