Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.\nYour Role: At the Heart of the Chain\nResponsibilities\nEmployee Relations: Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts.\nTeam Management: Support managers in managing, engaging, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and high-performing work environment.\nHR Policies and Procedures: Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with labor standards.\nInternal Movements Management: Monitor changes in employee status, as well as manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility.\nPerformance and Attendance: Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management.\nWorkplace Accident Files: Manage and track workplace accident files, including preparing documentation for internal and external audits.\nHR Compliance and Strategy: Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations.\nWorking Conditions Administration: Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.\nEmployee Experience: Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.\nReporting and Analysis: Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decision-making.\nRequired Qualifications\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong expertise in labor relations and conflict management.\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
