Our vision is clear:to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.\nA Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic\nResponsibilities\nEfficiently plan delivery driver routes using route planning and optimization software.\nEnsure routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments when necessary.\nCommunicate promptly with the Team Lead regarding technical issues or any situation that could cause delays in route optimization.\nMonitor truck departures according to station schedules and report any delays or issues to the Team Lead.\nEnsure data accuracy before, during, and after processing, in accordance with established protocols.\nPerform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses flagged as errors, following established procedures.\nParticipate in daily team meetings and contribute to department improvements by identifying challenges and optimization issues.\nCollaborate with team members and provide support when required.\nPerform any other related duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.\nQualifications\nUp to 2 years in Route Management, Creation, Optimization or any related field.\nBilingualism (French and English) is required due to interactions with teams and partners across Canada.\nStrong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.\nAbility to work under pressure, independently, and efficiently.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nTeam player with strong collaboration skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nExperience in transportation and logistics is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of geocoding is considered an asset.\nConditions\nNight shifts\n4 days per week (10-hour shifts)\n6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role\nRemote work possible outside of peak periods\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
