Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team. Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks. Respond to emergencies asrequired. Operations management Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns). Ensure sorting operations are completed correctly and efficiently Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests. Unloading and Loading: Assign labor, unload pallets. Assist with Sorting, helpwith sorting packages and envelopes as needed. Inbound and outbound freight movement Management support, Confirm and communicate with optimization team on daily bases beforestartoperations Day-to-Day Monitoring, Track Line Haul operation
