This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.\nAdministrative Shift ( 9am-6pm)\nDescription:\nTo conceive, design, implement and execute specific scientific experiments, which contribute to the successful completion of goals and/or projects under general guidance of supervisor.\nResponsibilities:\nDesigns, monitors, or conducts strategies with general guidance from the supervisor. \nProvides data analysis and interpretation and assesses the impact of the data on the project. Keeps current in technical expertise and areas relevant to their function. \nMonitors field of expertise, including literature and technology development, and communicates relevant observations. \nDevelop and implement new and novel protocols to address specific issues. \nMay represent the department on project teams under the supervision of a senior scientific staff member. \nMay initiate productive collaborations within and outside of the department or company. \nAdvises or assists others in experimental design and/or interpretation/diagnosis of data and implementing innovative remedies. \nAble to develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.\nComprehensive understanding of validation protocol execution requirements. In-depth knowledge of validation processes as applied to new equipment installations.\nJob Requirements:\nExperience preparing syringes and vials with cosmetic, particle, or solution defects for developmental studies, equipment characterization, training activities, and commercial equipment setup.\nExperience using laboratory equipment and instruments, including calipers, microscopes, and analytical balances.\nStrong manual dexterity, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and create defects in glass containers.\nStrong creative mindset and exceptional fine motor skills, with the ability to handle, cut, shape, and craft miniature items with precision, including preparing particles and creating defects for laboratory studies\nAbility to develop, introduce, or improve defect-creation methods for laboratory use and evaluate defects and other conditions in primary containers.\nKnowledge of aseptic techniques, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and visual manual inspection techniques.\nAbility to manage projects of limited scope under general direction.\nInnovative, resourceful approach to developing methods for creating cosmetic defects in vials and syringes.\nProficiency with AI tools to support research, information organization, and workflow improvement, using sound judgment and following applicable company requirements.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, including experience coordinating projects and working with other departments.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.\nEducation:\nDoctorate OR Master’s + 2 years of Scientific experience OR Bachelors + 4 years of Scientific
