This is a great opportunity for one of our leading clients in Puerto Rico.\nEmployment type: Full time and onsite role\n\nRole Summary\nThe Project Coordinator provides administrative, logistical, and coordination support to capital project teams within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role supports project execution activities by managing documentation, tracking actions, coordinating meetings, and assisting with procurement and contractor-related processes while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and site requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide administrative and coordination support to project management and engineering teams.\nPrepare and distribute meeting minutes, track actions, and maintain follow-up logs.\nSupport document control activities, ensuring proper versioning, filing, and retrieval of project documentation.\nCoordinate site logistics, including contractor access, escorts, and work coordination activities.\nAssist in preparation of procurement packages, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittal reviews.\nSupport project reporting activities, including updates on actions, deliverables, and schedule status.\nFacilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.\nSupport compliance with site safety procedures and GMP requirements during project execution activities.\nAssist project teams with general coordination tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.\nRequirements & Qualifications\nRelevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.\nMinimum one (1) year of project coordination experience in the regulated industry.\nExperience supporting capital projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industries preferred.\nFamiliarity with project documentation, procurement processes, and construction coordination activities.\nStrong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.\nBasic understanding of GMP and regulated site requirements.\nBilingual (Spanish and English).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, facility construction, or engineering project environments.\nFamiliarity with document control systems and project management tools.\nExperience supporting contractors and site coordination activities in regulated environments.\nKnowledge of procurement workflows, RFIs, and construction
