The selected resource will primarily support system testing, issue identification and resolution, implementation readiness, and post-go-live hypercare activities.\nThe work will be performed mostly remotely; however, the resource must be located in Puerto Rico or able to reliably report onsite to the client’s Puerto Rico facilities when required by the project.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute SAP S/4HANA testing activities based on defined test plans and business scenarios.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.\nExecute test scripts and accurately document test results and supporting evidence.\nIdentify, document, track, and retest system defects and issues.\nWork directly with functional teams, business users, and technical resources to support issue resolution.\nSupport data and transaction validation across relevant SAP processes.\nAssist with cutover and go-live readiness activities.\nProvide hands-on hypercare support following go-live, including issue triage, troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up.\nTrack assigned issues through resolution and provide clear status updates.\nFollow applicable documentation, quality, and change-control requirements.\nQualifications\nHands-on experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or deployments.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated experience executing system testing, test scripts, defect management, or post-go-live support.\nAbility to understand business processes and translate them into testing scenarios.\nStrong documentation, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.\nExperience working in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is preferred.\nAbility to work independently and execute assigned activities with limited supervision.\nStrong English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.\nLocation & Work Authorization Requirements\nPlease apply only if you meet the following requirements:\nYou are currently located in Puerto Rico or available to work from Puerto Rico for the duration of the assignment.\nYou can report onsite to the client’s facilities in Puerto Rico when required.\nYou are currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship.\nThis position does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.\nImportant\nThis position is intended for candidates interested in a hands-on SAP implementation support role focused on testing and hypercare.
