This role supports project management, program coordination, ambassador engagement, impact tracking, and community collaboration to advance the global health outcomes of the Imaging for Impact Accelerator. The Global Community Coordinator will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.\n Core Responsibilities\nServe as primary liaison for the Foundation’s healthcare entrepreneurs (Imaging Ambassadors), providing ongoing project management, including pilot project implementation, troubleshooting challenges, communication with health providers, program design, health innovation incubation, and program evaluation;\nProvide wrap-around support for all national ambassadors including regular check-ins, proposal and budget feedback, technical assistance coordination, reimbursement processing, equipment access, and scaling support\nCoordinate Ambassador onboarding, reporting processes, and program milestone tracking;\nMonitor program performance and compliance to maintain alignment with grant requirements;\nFacilitate global community engagement with existing and new ambassadors by fostering knowledge sharing and strengthening communities of practice across all four regional health hubs;\nMaintain data collection processes, impact evaluation, reports, and program summaries;\nCoordinate stakeholder and partner engagement opportunities, events, touchpoints, and convenings;\nAssist with program administration, including program budgets, documentation, and operational coordination;\nCollaborate with internal Inteleos departments and teams to align educational and certification resources with Ambassador initiatives; and\nOther duties as assigned.\nInteleos Attributes\nAccountable - taking ownership of your work and delivers results. There are minimal requirements to lift or move equipment.\nRequirements\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Global Health, Nonprofit Management, International Development, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience;\nMinimum of two years of experience in nonprofit program management, global health programs, or international development initiatives;\nExperience supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs, preferred; and\nExperience in program monitoring and evaluation, reporting, or community-based project coordination, preferred.\n Required Qualifications/ Skills\nStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;\nExcellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement abilities;\nExperience tracking impact metrics and program performance indicators;\nStrong public speaking and written communication skills for reports, summaries, and external materials;\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as needed;\nConsistent attention to detail and follow-through skills;\nDemonstrable superior verbal, written and collaborative skills to correspond with multiple audiences, including executives, Boards/Councils, external contacts and staff teams;\nAbility to maintain positive attitude and work towards building and maintaining a positive multi-cultural environment throughout the organization;\nProficiency with budgeting and financial management; and\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability work in other software environments including virtual meetings and digital tools, including but not limited to Canva, Qualtrics, Tableau, Zoom, Asana, and CRMs.\nThis description is intended to provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position.
