a team of engineers and drive end-to-end software development lifecycle.\n\n- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.\n\n- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely execution.\n\nArchitecture & Design :\n\n- Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Define High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).\n\n- Ensure systems are built with an API-first approach.\n\nBackend Development :\n\n- Design and develop robust APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).\n\n- Build and manage RESTful / GraphQL APIs.\n\n- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems.\n\n- Apply SOLID principles and clean architecture practices.\n\n- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure.\n\n- Work with AWS services like Lambda, EKS.\n\n- Implement containerization using Docker, Kubernetes.\n\nQuality & Best Practices :\n\n- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.\n\n- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.\n\n- Implement observability: logging, monitoring, alerting.\n\nNon-Functional Requirements :\n\n- Design for performance, scalability, availability, and security.\n\n- Ensure systems are production-ready and resilient.\n\nCommunication & Mentorship :\n\n- Mentor and guide junior engineers.\n\n- Conduct and present technical demos and solution walkthroughs.\n\n- Create and maintain technical documentation.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 9 to 18 years of experience in software engineering.\n\n- Strong expertise in Python (core concepts including decorators and advanced features).\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.\n\n- Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.\n\n- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).\n\n- Experience with Kubernetes / ECS and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong understanding of system design and scalability patterns.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- Proven ability to own and drive projects independently.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with GraphQL APIs.\n\n- Exposure to observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).\n\n- Experience in AI/ML or LLM-based systems.\n\n- Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures.\n\nWhat Were Looking For :\n\n- A strong
