Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGuide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the team\nOrganize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related events\nTrack and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and management\nUpdate agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs\nAssist product owners with backlog grooming\nDetermine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goals\nPromote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocity\nPromote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovation\nFacilitate discussion and conflict resolution\nAssist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition\nAssist with internal and external communication\nAssist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteria\nQualifications:\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience\nExperience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environment\nStrong understanding of DevSecOps and/or software/application development processes\nAdvanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniques\nStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nExperience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically JIRA and Confluence\nActive TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI Poly\nRequired Skills:\n5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC Community\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification\nScaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist Certification\nJoin Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
