As a Cloud Operations and Customer Support Engineer, you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the security of crucial data, optimizing IT infrastructure, and simplifying business processes through cutting-edge software systems. Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex Server OS related issues to ensure optimal performance and availability of Windows Servers.\nUpgrade outdated servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.\nUtilize extensive vSphere Operations experience to effectively manage and maintain our virtualization environment. Familiarity and experience with OVF Templates for efficient deployment is required.\nUtilize GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation, ensuring streamlined and efficient deployment processes.\nModerate background in SCCM/ConfigMgr with experience in application/package creation and deployment. Experience in Software Update Group (SUG) creation and deployment is necessary.\nSetup, manage, and deploy monthly patching for Windows Server 2012-2022, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.\nPerform IAVA remediation and STIG hardening on OS Server builds.\nComplete Incident and Change Request tickets utilizing ServiceNow.\nDevelop and deliver documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for both new personnel as well as Operations staff to utilize for troubleshooting purposes.\nProvide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of security products such as HBSS, Nessus Agent (ACAS), and Carbon Black.\nQualifications:\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years of related experience\nRequired Skills:\nStrong experience in Windows Server administration, including operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with Group Policies (GPOs) and Active Directory (ADUC) with experience in other Microsoft server administration tools.\nBackground/experience in PowerShell in order to automate tasks a plus.\nProficiency in upgrading servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions, with a focus on compliancy requirements.\nExtensive knowledge of vSphere Operations, including management and deployment using OVF Templates.\nExperience with GitLab and Operating System pipelines for template creation is highly desirable.\nModerate background in SCCM/ConfigMgr, including application/package creation and deployment, as well as Software Update Group (SUG) creation and deployment.\nProven ability to perform setup, management, and deployment of monthly patching for Windows Server 2012-2022.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex Server OS related issues efficiently.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-site enterprise environment.\nJoin Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
